Free 15 minute Telephone Consultation
Whether you are considering therapy for the first time, or looking to continue previous work, I recognise how important it is to trust the person you are working with. It is also vital that they have the right experience and qualifications for working with you. Therefore I offer a brief conversation to understand your needs and expectations, answer any questions, and find out if we are a good fit for each other.

Online Assessment - 1 hour (£120)
An assessment is the first point in trying to make sense of what has been happening in your life. It will involve me asking you about what has brought you to therapy, your background and any significant history. Clients often express relief about being able to talk about their difficulties, often for the first time. I understand how difficult it can be to take this first step and therefore I create a safe, normalising space where you can can speak honestly about what's brought you to therapy in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I will also give you an idea of a treatment plan and how many sessions we may require to help you meet your goals. If I don't feel your difficulties fall within my expertise, I will signpost you to somewhere that is better suited to meet your needs.

Online Treatment session - 50 minutes (£120)
Each session will focus on what is important to you and follow a clear structure that builds towards meeting your treatment goals. I may ask you to do things in-between sessions for us to review together. Towards the end of treatment we will also think about endings, and how to set you up for success moving forwards with your own therapy blueprint.

Supervision for other Clinicians
I have extensive experience of supervising both trainee and qualified CBT therapists and Clinical Psychologists within my NHS role. I have completed supervisor training with the University of Hertfordshire (supervising trainee clinical psychologists) and the University of East Anglia (supervising CBT therapists). Please get in touch to discuss further.
